We’re excited to welcome you to the Carriage House in historic downtown Purcellville. Since we’re just opening our doors, a few things may feel a little more personal and “hands-on” than a big hotel — and we think that’s part of the charm! Here’s what you can expect:
Before Your Stay
Email Confirmation – After you inquire about availability, we’ll follow up with you directly by email to confirm dates, details, and any special requests.
Pet-Friendly – All of our rooms are pet-friendly (except pit bulls, unfortunately). Please let us know if you’ll be bringing a pet so we can be prepared.
Local Tips – In our emails, we’ll share some suggestions for local wineries, restaurants, and trails to help you plan your trip.
Arrival & Check-In
Flexible Check-In – We’ll confirm arrival times by email. Since we’re a small property, we can often accommodate early or late check-ins if needed.
Self-Serve Entry – When possible, we’ll provide self-check-in instructions. Otherwise, we’ll be here to greet you personally.
Parking – Free parking is available on the property. We’ll confirm directions and parking details in your confirmation email.
During Your Stay
Your Space – You’ll have access to the kitchen, entertainment room, café area, and enclosed yard. Two rooms have private entrances, and one connects directly to the private yard.
Cafe & Breakfast – The self-serve café is stocked for a light continental breakfast. Coffee, tea, and basic breakfast items are available.
WiFi & Comforts – Free WiFi is available throughout the property. Rooms are cozy with rustic farmhouse touches and plenty of natural light.
Departure
Check-Out – Standard check-out is 11:00 AM, though we can confirm flexibility in advance.
Easy Goodbyes – No long lines or forms — just leave your keys and send us a quick note if you need anything after you head out.
Staying Connected
For now, nearly everything (inquiries, confirmations, special requests) will be handled by email. As we grow, we’ll add online booking and guest tools — but we want your first experience here to feel simple and personal.
