  • Do you rent by the room or the whole house?

    We rent the entire Carriage House as a whole-home stay only—you’ll have the full space to yourselves (no shared areas with other guests).

  • How many guests can stay?

    The Carriage House sleeps up to 6 guests, with an additional sleeper sofa available for 1 more.

  • What amenities are included?

    Guests enjoy a kitchenette, entertainment room with pool table, self-serve coffee bar/café, free WiFi, private enclosed yard, and large patio with seating.

    The Carriage House has a well-equipped kitchenette with a stovetop, refrigerator, microwave, coffee setup, and basic cookware.

    Please note there is no oven, but the space works well for simple meals and reheating.

  • Is the property pet-friendly?

    Yes, well-behaved dogs are welcome (unfortunately we cannot allow pit bulls).

    We just ask that pets are disclosed in advance and not left unattended indoors.

    The private fenced yard makes it easy to bring them along.

  • How many bedrooms and bathrooms are there?

    The space includes three bedrooms and one full bathroom.

    The bathroom is shared and centrally located.

  • Where are you located? Is it walkable to downtown?

    We’re located in historic downtown Purcellville Virginia, just a short walk to Main Street shops, restaurants, and cafés.

    Many guests park once and explore on foot.

  • What’s nearby? (Downtown, events, schools, wineries, trail)

    We’re within walking distance of downtown Purcellville, local shops, restaurants, and cafés.

    The Carriage House is also convenient to wedding and event venues (including Shadow Creek), Patrick Henry College, Loudoun wineries and breweries, and sits just steps from the W&OD Trail, making it ideal for cyclists and weekend getaways.

  • What are check-in and check-out times?

    Check-in is after 2:00 PM and check-out is by 11:00 AM.

    Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request when scheduling allows.

  • Is there parking on site?

    Yes—free on-site parking is available right at the property.

  • Is Wi-Fi available? Is it reliable?

    Yes—free Wi-Fi is available throughout the property and works well for streaming and remote work.

  • Do the bedrooms have private entrances?

    Two of the three bedrooms have their own private exterior entrances, offering extra privacy and flexibility for guests.

  • Is the yard or patio private?

    Yes—guests have access to a private enclosed yard and patio area that’s separate from the main house.

  • Is the property suitable for families or kids?

    Yes—the Carriage House is family-friendly and works well for small families, visiting relatives, and multi-generation stays.

  • Is the property accessible? (Stairs / entry)

    The Carriage House has a convenient ground-level pull-up entrance with just a few steps (1–2 at a time). There is also a step to reach the bathroom, and the space is not fully wheelchair accessible.
