The home features a spacious entertainment room with a 9 ft regulation-size pool table, a full bathroom, a kitchenette, laundry facilities, and a self-serve coffee bar/café. Guests also enjoy a private, fenced-in yard and ground-level entry for ease and comfort, with secure parking for up to five vehicles behind the gate.
